I don't collect or sell your data. Here's how Roost handles your personal data.

Your rapid log items are stored on your device and in your private iCloud database to sync between your devices. This data is only accessible on devices signed in with your Apple ID. Roost does not store or transmit your data to any external servers or third parties.

Roost is owned and operated by Ben Johnson. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, computer code, and all other elements of the application are protected by Canadian copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I, nor my partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Representations and Warranties

Your use of the application is at your sole risk. The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Updates to this Policy

I reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of any revised policy.
